"Patrick, Debbie, and the entire team at PDH were nothing but professional in our building process. This is the second house we have built, but the first with PDH, and the process could not have gone more smoothly. We put an offer in on a home that had already been framed and sheet-rocked, however, Patrick and Debbie were extremely helpful in walking us through all of the changes we were able to make and provided a detailed time frame of when those decisions needed to be made. They were also extremely responsive to any changes or questions we had during the build and when issues were encountered, they called to inform us and were quick to offer a fix or alternatives to mitigate the issue. In the middle of a global pandemic with numerous supply chain challenges, they kept to the timelines promised and we moved in on time.
